What Is Yoga?
Yoga as we know it today in the West is different because we are more focused on the asana practice of Slow Flow Yoga, which has become more important in recent decades.
Most modern styles of “Hatha Yoga” exist because yoga as a spiritual practice in its entirety is thousands of years old. Few yoga teachers know or understand the philosophy behind the spiritual aspects of yoga.
